The Supervisor Claims Revenue Recovery is responsible for the daily operations of the Claims Revenue and Recovery Department. This position will assist in managing overseeing, and fulfilling requirements for the daily check run process, refund team processes and the Third-Party Liability process to include all organizational & regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or High school diploma with 2 years' relevant experience and applicable certification.
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
- 3 years - Experience in claims collections/refunds, or Third Party Liability, Auditing, Claim Adjustments (under or overpays), Daily Check Operations.
- 2 years - Supervision or leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree - Health Care Administration or related.
- 2 years - Supervisor or leadership experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
