Project Manager – Data Centre Construction

We’re partnered with a leading U.S. data-centre developer/operator that designs, builds, and manages mission-critical facilities nationwide.
They are 100% data-centre focused, operate as an owner-operator, and deliver end-to-end solutions — from development to construction to operations.
With major new campuses underway, they are expanding their Project Management team in North Carolina.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering data-centre construction projects from design through commissioning.
This includes managing budgets, schedules, feasibility studies, cash-flow, utilities coordination, and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate project meetings across design, construction, and commissioning teams
- Manage project budgets, schedules, feasibility assessments, and cash-flow forecasts
- Oversee onsite construction activities and ensure alignment with scope and quality standards
- Coordinate with power and fiber utility providers
- Provide executive-level reporting on project progress, risk, and delivery status
- Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity
- Collaborate closely with internal operations teams
- Support light business development activities where required
About You
You thrive in fast-moving construction environments and can manage complex, technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Experience delivering commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Data-centre experience highly preferred but not essential
- Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Ability to manage contractors, consultants, and commissioning teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Salary : $160,000 - $175,000
