What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance Part-Time position at Provide A Ride?
We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team!
Full Time (Monday-Friday, some Saturdays, as needed)
6am-3pm
Pay starting at $16.00/HR - pay based on experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Change light bulbs/light fixtures as needed
Install camera, intercom systems
Basic plumbing repairs
Painting
Flooring and Ceiling repairs
Install and removal of desk, shelving, cabinets, etc.
Baseboard molding installation and repair
Vehicle fueling as needed
Other maintenance and repair tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Two years of experience in a maintenance position preferred.
Strong work history
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Flexibility to work some Saturdays, as needed
