What You’ll Need:
• CA Registered Process Server
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android), computer/laptop, printer, scanner, and internet access
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with legal documents and local/state laws
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
What You’ll Do:
• Serve legal documents to residences and businesses in compliance with all applicable laws and client requirements
• Use mobile apps to update status in real time, take photos, and generate proofs of service
• Edit, print, and sign documents electronically or manually
