RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing adult primary care focusing on the Senior/Medicare Advantage patient
- Comfortable with a small panel size and building relationships with your patients
- Average 15 patients/day
- Able to work with a Team who focus on Value Based Care
CLINIC HOURS: Monday -Friday 8a-5p
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a FL state medical license: MD or DO
- Must be board certified/eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current DEA with no restriction
- Fellowship in Geriatrics welcome
