Provenance Recruitment and Staffing is currently seeking a 3rd shift Creeler to join the production team at a textile manufacturing facility in Anderson, SC. This is a temp-to-perm position eligible for hire on after 3 months.
Schedule:
3rd Shift: 12am – 8am, Sunday - Thursday
Must Train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks
Job Summary:
The Creeler plays an essential role in supporting the warping process by setting up and maintaining yarn packages, repairing end breaks, and monitoring equipment to ensure smooth and consistent production. This role requires standing for extended periods, manual handling of materials, and close attention to quality and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and prepare yarn packages on the creel for warping operations
- Repair broken ends and splice yarns using air splicer or approved methods
- Add or remove yarn ends as needed for production changes
- Inspect yarn and beams for quality issues during operation
- Maintain accurate production and material records
- Assist warper operators as needed to maintain production efficiency
- Follow all safety policies and immediately report any unsafe conditions or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of manufacturing or textile production experience (preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production environment
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $17.12 - $18.12 per hour
