Job Overview
The Vice President of Financial Technology (VP of Fintech) will serve as a key member of Provenance’s executive leadership team, responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy, product innovation, and digital infrastructure across global financial markets.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of blockchain-enabled financial systems that support Provenance’s institutional and retail clients. Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Executive Leadership
Define and execute Provenance’s global fintech and technology roadmap to drive platform innovation and scalability.
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to align technology initiatives with corporate growth objectives and client needs.
Lead cross-functional programs that enhance financial infrastructure, transaction systems, and blockchain architecture.
Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure innovation success and operational stability.
Platform Development & Innovation
Oversee end-to-end development of Provenance’s blockchain and financial technology stack, ensuring reliability, speed, and interoperability.
Guide R&D in areas such as tokenization, digital identity, decentralized finance (DeFi), and financial data automation.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver next-generation fintech solutions to global clients.
Integrate AI, analytics, and automation to enhance system intelligence and improve financial transaction workflows.
Financial Infrastructure & Market Integration
Lead initiatives to modernize capital markets infrastructure using blockchain technology.
Oversee the design and implementation of institutional-grade financial solutions—including asset issuance, custody, and settlement.
Ensure seamless interoperability between Provenance’s ecosystem and external financial networks.
Partner with industry stakeholders to establish Provenance as a trusted infrastructure provider for digital finance.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

Expertise in systems design, cybersecurity, compliance, and integration of advanced technologies (AI, ML, data analytics).
