Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 1-3 years of public accounting experience
- Strong experience with individual tax returns; some exposure to business entities preferred
- Professional, confident communicator comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Prepare individual and business tax returns
- Assist with quarterly estimates, projections, and tax-related analysis
- Communicate with clients regarding tax deliverables and general inquiries
- Support responses to tax notices and initial client correspondence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely workflow
- Stay current on applicable tax rules and regulatory changes
- Client Exposure: Meaningful interaction with clients and advisory professionals
- Development: Ongoing support for CPA/EA pursuit and skill growth
- Work-Life Balance: Predictable schedule in a non-billable environment

- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
- The expected range for this role is $85,000-$95,000, annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications, physical location and experience
