The expected range for this role is $75,000 to $86,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management within healthcare environments in the state of California
- Experience with healthcare billing and revenue recognition
- Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel and large ERP systems
- Manage accounts receivable, including billing, payment posting, and reconciliations across multiple payors
- Analyze denials, underpayments, and reimbursement trends; recommend corrective actions
- Partner with internal teams on revenue recognition, adjustments, and write-offs
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards while supporting automation and process improvement initiatives
- Impact: Play a critical role in revenue operations during a period of organizational growth
- Visibility: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
