What You’ll Do:
- Track, audit, and analyze work orders to ensure accuracy, completion, and compliance
- Coordinate projects, appointments, and schedules across multiple departments
- Learn and work with SAP and internal dispatch systems
- Respond to operational requests and customer follow-ups
- 4–6 years in coordination, dispatch, auditing, analysis, or project support
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
- Team player willing to go above and beyond
- Experience with SAP or dispatch systems a plus
