- 7 years of experience supporting C-suite leadership, ideally a CEO, within a global organization
- Proven ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and remain calm under pressure
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
- Manage a complex, high-volume executive calendar while balancing shifting priorities
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and real-time changes
- Act as a trusted liaison to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining discretion and professionalism
- High-visibility role supporting the CEO during a critical coverage period
- Onsite, collaborative executive environment in Carlsbad
