What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehousing and Fulfillment Team Member position at Proven Prep Center?
We are looking for someone who learns quickly, is motivated to grow with a growing company, and is a strong problem solver. The right person is not afraid to ask questions, has confidence in themselves, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
Warehouse experience is a plus, especially in picking, packing, or fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand on your feet for most of the shift
- Must be able to work the 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shift
- Must be able to pass a background check
We are looking for someone who is open to flexible hours, as some weeks may be busier than others, although the position will likely stay close to 40 hours per week.
Good communication with team members is very important. You should also be able to work with minimal supervision, stay on task, and help hit daily performance targets.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
