What are the responsibilities and job description for the AI Talent Acquisition Partner (AI Recruiter), NY/NJ position at Provectus?
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
We embed engineers and leaders inside client operations as Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) and Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) — people who learn the work, ship the system, and own the outcome. Our team holds 100 AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Bluprints.
We are hiring an AI Recruiter to help us scale the talent behind our FDE and FDX model. This is not a traditional IT recruiting role.
Beyond filling roles, you will help build the community around Provectus: event planning and participating, activating talent networks, and making Provectus the team that ambitious engineers want to join. Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Own full-cycle recruitment for FDE, FDX (Software Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, Architect, Leaders, BDM, and Solution Owner) roles across the US
- Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring criteria, and sourcing strategy
- Manage pipelines across multiple active requisitions simultaneously, maintaining rigor and candidate experience throughout
- Extend and negotiate offers; represent Provectus's compensation philosophy and value proposition with confidence
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Build direct-sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, and referral networks
- Identify and engage passive candidates — people doing the most consequential AI work, not just those actively looking
- Develop and maintain talent maps for FDE and FDX profiles in FSI and HCLS verticals
Community Building
- Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US — meetups, workshops, hackathons, and online channels
- Build relationships with AI/ML communities, university programs, and professional networks that feed our hiring pipeline
- Represent Provectus at recruiting and industry events; raise brand awareness among forward-deployed engineering talent
Process & Operations
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage, reflecting Provectus's values of Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership
- Partner with People & Talent leadership on workforce planning, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarking
- 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced technical environment, ideally at an AI, cloud, or consulting firm
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring senior technical profiles — AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders
- Demonstrates personal AI adoption — uses AI tools as part of their recruiting workflow, not just aware of them
- Experience building talent community: events, meetups, professional networks, or university programs — not just filling requisitions
- Familiarity with forward-deployed or embedded consulting models is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering with C-level and senior technical leadership
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and data-driven recruiting practices
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity in a distributed, global team

- OTE range $100-120k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
