Title: Clinical Deployment Lead

Provect.AI is transforming surgical imaging through AI-powered 3D visualization technology designed to help surgeons make more informed decisions in the operating room. Backed by leading investors and affiliated with Stanford StartX and NVIDIA Inception, Provect is bringing breakthrough imaging technology to ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals across the country. This is an opportunity to join an early-stage company at a pivotal moment as the team prepares for commercial launch and initial customer deployments.

Why You Should Join

This is a foundational Clinical Deployment Lead role supporting the launch of a first-of-its-kind imaging platform. You'll work directly with surgeons, radiologic technologists, and operating room staff while helping shape how the product is deployed, adopted, and improved. Beyond supporting clinical cases, you'll serve as a key voice of the customer, partnering closely with leadership, engineering, and product teams to influence the future direction of the technology.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Deployment Lead, you will:

  • Lead installation, setup, and onboarding of the Provect.AI system at customer sites
  • Provide intraoperative support during procedures to ensure successful clinical use
  • Work directly with surgeons, radiologic technologists, and OR staff to integrate the system into existing workflows
  • Support pilot programs and help transition sites into long-term customer deployments
  • Build strong relationships with physicians and clinical teams to drive adoption
  • Troubleshoot clinical, workflow, and technical questions in real-time
  • Gather structured user feedback and communicate insights to product and engineering teams
  • Identify workflow improvements and opportunities to enhance system performance
  • Support development of reference sites, clinical success stories, and best practices
  • Travel to customer sites throughout the United States as needed

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical, engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on clinical experience
  • 3 years of experience supporting clinical procedures or working in operating room environments
  • Strong familiarity with C-arm systems and intraoperative imaging workflows
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced clinical environments
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with physicians and clinical teams
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting spine, orthopedic, or image-guided procedures
  • Background as a Clinical Specialist, Applications Specialist, Field Clinical Engineer, or Radiologic Technologist
  • Experience supporting new technology implementations, pilot programs, or early-stage products
  • Previous experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, or technical teams

Perks of the Job

Compensation:

  • Base: $120,000-$150,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Equity participation opportunity
  • Full benefits package including medical coverage and 401(k) with company match

Territory:

  • Territory is national, supporting customer deployments across the United States.

Acceptable location:

  • Strong preference for San Francisco Bay Area

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
