What You’ll Be Doing
Your daily work will keep you engaged and motivated:

• Tackle Challenges: Assemble heavy-duty racking and fixtures, relying on detailed blueprints and Plan-O-Grams (POGs/MODs).
• Solve Problems: Relocate products, adjust shelving, and create displays that meet our clients’ exacting standards.
• Collaborate: Work alongside a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Lead by Example: Guide team members with positivity and focus, ensuring every task exceeds expectations.

Who You Are
We’re looking for candidates who excel in these areas:

• Preferred Experience: Background in fixture installation, merchandising, or retail stocking is a plus. Leadership experience is even better.
• Core Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to focus on quality.
• Physical Abilities: Can lift up to 50 lbs., stand for 8–10 hours, and bend as needed.
• Essential Tools: Reliable transportation, a basic toolset, and OSHA-certified safety toe shoes.
