Day Shift Fixture Installer – Baytown, TX

Location: Baytown, TX
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shift)

ProVantage Corporate Solutions is hiring Local Day Shift Fixture Installers in Baytown, TX for a big-box retail store remodel and fixture installation project.

If you have experience as a Fixture Installer, Stocker, Merchandiser, or Retail Reset Associate this could be a great fit for you.

We are looking for dependable team members who are comfortable 10 hr shifts and helping stores get ready for openine.

Responsibilities

As an Fixture Installer, you will:

• Reset shelves and merchandise displays
• Install, move, and adjust store fixtures and shelving
• Read and follow Plan-O-Grams (POG/MOD)
• Apply labels and update price tags
• Relocate products and organize inventory
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Work closely with your team to complete overnight store projects

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fixture Intaller, Merchandiser, Stocker, Retail Associate, or in Store Remodels preferred
• Experience in Sams, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Tractor Supply, or similar retail environments is a plus
• Comfortable using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, levels, etc.)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours
• Must have OSHA-approved safety toe shoes
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong attendance and dependable work ethic
• Must be comfortable working overnight shifts
