Position Details
- Pay: $34–$37 per hour
- Schedule: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Position: Full-time
- Contract: 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension
- Pay Frequency: Weekly

What You’ll Do
As an LPN, you will provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to residents while working closely with the facility's nursing and healthcare team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition
- Promptly report changes in condition or concerns to the Nursing Supervisor and/or physician
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident care
- Follow and carry out physician orders
- Conduct routine nursing rounds and respond to resident needs
- Provide thorough communication and handoff reports between shifts
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility procedures
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and rights
- Assist with maintaining medications, supplies, and medical equipment
- Participate in quality improvement and patient-care initiatives
- Respond appropriately to changes in resident needs and prioritize care throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
- Current and active LPN license
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or similar healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Compassionate and professional approach to resident care
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
