Position: Testing Proctor / Onboarding Agent / Customer Service - Location: Sandy, UT (Onsite, In-Person) - Compensation: $16-$19/hour

Monday through Friday Schedules:

1:00 PM - 9:30 PM MT

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do As a Testing Proctor and Onboarding Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our candidates. Key responsibilities include:

• Proctor exams and maintain a secure and professional testing environment
• Guide testing candidates through onboarding and test day procedures
• Answer phone calls from test takers and assist with questions or issues
• Provide empathetic, solutions-focused customer service
• Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve the candidate experience

This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding Prov's standards of integrity and excellence.

Location & Relocation This position is based at our Sandy, UT office. Candidates must be able to relocate prior to starting work.
