The Prout School is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and student-centered Cross Country Coach to lead our high school cross country program. Responsibilities
Plan and lead daily practices and training sessions.
Develop athletes of all ability levels while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
Coach and supervise the team at meets and school-sponsored events.
Promote sportsmanship, leadership, and personal responsibility.
Communicate effectively with student-athletes, families, and school administration.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all participants.
Maintain compliance with school, league, and state athletic association policies.
