We are seeking a Jr. Associate – District Support to join ProUnitas Inc. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products and services by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, student-centric solutions. The associate plays a dual role in supporting the product and district success teams, collaborating closely with members of both teams to support the day-to-day and ceremonial tasks needed to be achieved. Particularly, the transferrable and essential skills related to customer service are sharpened in this role.

Reporting Structure:
- The Jr. Associate – District Support will report to the District Support Lead
Role Responsibilities:
- You will be a part of the District Support team, and the list of expectations are varied based on current need and time of year, different responsibilities are emphasized while others are deemphasized.
- User Support (15%-20%): Respond to user inquiries, concerns, and questions using JSM (Jira Service Management) or similar service platform. Provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to ensure satisfaction.
- Reports and Data Support (15%-20%): Support creation, maintenance, and use of reports. Help District Success with data requests and fidelity checks of user input.
- Training (7%-10%): Conduct training sessions, office hours, and open labs. Support larger district trainings with Q&A, parking lot, or in-room help.
- Resource Building and Documentation (8%-10%): Develop and maintain help guides and resources for users and District Success Consultants.
- Service Provider Support (8%-10%): Maintain service provider database, onboard new providers, follow up on incomplete onboarding, and assist districts with uploads.
- User Feedback Protocols (10%): Capture qualitative and quantitative feedback via surveys, focus groups, interviews, and behavior observation.
- Maintaining Training Materials (5%-10%): Keep training materials current and aligned with product updates.
- Meeting Support (5%-10%): Handle logistics for internal and external meetings, including agenda prep and scheduling.
- Maintaining User Database (5%-8%): Ensure user accounts are correctly activated/deactivated and routing rules updated for district staff changes.
- Auditing (5%): Review records and data across district environments for accuracy and consistency.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and improve support processes. Model respect, compassion, and positivity.
Location:
- In-office for first 6 months, then potential transition to hybrid (2 remote, 3 in office).

Salary range
