Role Description
This is a full-time Commission Sales Associate role, based on-site at our West Sacramento, CA location. The individual in this position will focus on generating new business opportunities, establishing long-term client relationships, conducting client meetings, and developing customized proposals. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and providing excellent customer service to potential and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Organizational and Time Management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the security industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
- High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for client visits
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
