Role Description This full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in Columbus, GA. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design data-driven behavior intervention programs for children and young adults with ASD. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and training behavior technicians, monitoring treatment fidelity, analyzing progress data, and adjusting interventions as needed. The role also involves collaborating with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care, as well as providing parent training and education to support generalization of skills. The BCBA will maintain accurate documentation, uphold ethical and professional standards, and contribute to a positive, inclusive clinical environment.
