Job Description:
Proud Management is looking for a remote Talent Coordinator to support the VP of Talent and their larger team. The role includes research, project tracking, administration work, and general support. Selected candidates would primarily be assisting with talent projects and day-to day talent operations, as well as researching upcoming talent & trends. We foster a collaborative atmosphere with room for growth. We are looking for candidates who are interested in talent management after a minimum of 2 years in this position.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day business relationships with agencies, publicists, brands, & clients.
• Organize and help execute deliverables for talent brand campaigns
• Manage client events, travel, & gifting opportunities
• Keep internal docs up-to-date
• Manage invoices to ensure payments are on track
• Assist Manager with emails, project tracking, and other tasks
Qualifications
• 1 years of experience as a coordinator in the industry *mandatory*
• Strong passion for the world of social media, the creator economy, and digital marketing
• A thorough knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• An independent self-starter with strong problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication (both written & verbal)
• Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and ability to deliver creative feedback
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• A team mentality -- relationship building over transactional interactions
• Knowledge of Canva, G-Suite, Keynote, Airtable, and Slack are a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
