Proud Impact Collective (PIC) is a fast-growing CPG sales and brand-building agency representing emerging food, beverage, and wellness brands across Natural, Convenience & Gas, Food Service, and Conventional grocery channels.

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who enjoys keeping projects moving and ensuring every detail is executed accurately.
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for item setup, promotional planning, pricing documentation, and product content management across multiple retail channels. This role supports successful product launches, promotional execution, and ongoing customer requirements while serving as a critical operational partner to the sales team.

• Complete new item forms for product launches and maintenance
• Manage item setup and maintenance within UNFI, KeHE, and other customer portals
• Prepare and submit promotional planners and promotional programs
• Investigate and resolve pricing, data, and system discrepancies
Convenience & Gas (40%)• Complete new item paperwork for launches and maintenance
• Manage new item submissions through retailer portals
• Coordinate promotional planners and promotional submissions
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all customer requirements
Albertsons (15%)• Manage item setup and maintenance within the Albertsons Partner Portal (APP)
• Build and maintain promotional plans in Periscope
• Prepare, revise, and submit New Offer Price Authorizations (NOPAs)
Additional Responsibilities (5%)• Maintain and syndicate product content through 1WorldSync and Syndigo
• Support cross-functional projects and other operational initiatives
We're looking for someone who has:
• Experience in CPG sales operations, retail item setup, promotional planning, or broker support
• Familiarity with retailer and distributor portals such as UNFI, KeHE, Albertsons APP, or Periscope (or the ability to learn new systems quickly)
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Work with innovative food, beverage, and wellness brands
• Fully remote team with the option to work from our Boise, Idaho office
