Proturbo LLC is an authorized BorgWarner distributor and turbocharger remanufacturing company based in Austin, TX. We work with fleets, repair shops, and individual customers across the U.S. and Latin America, and we're growing — including the launch of our own private-label turbo brand, Dillo Turbo.
About the Role
We're looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales & Customer Service Associate to support our sales team and be a first point of contact for customers by phone and email. You'll help customers find the right parts, prepare quotes, process orders, and make sure every interaction — in English or Spanish — feels responsive and professional.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and emails from customers, in English and Spanish
- Prepare and follow up on quotes for turbocharger parts and units
- Enter and track orders through our CRM/Shopify systems
- Support the sales team with account follow-ups and order status updates
- Help resolve basic customer questions and route more complex issues appropriately
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support or customer service
- Comfortable on the phone and confident communicating with customers
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple orders/quotes at once
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM or order systems — Shopify experience a plus)
- Automotive, parts, or diesel/turbo industry background a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $19–$24/hour, based on experience
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office at our Austin location
