Human Resources Assistant - Temporary, Per Diem

About the Opportunity

The Human Resources Assistant will support the Recruiting and Onboarding functions of both ProTransport-1 and PRN Ambulance. This individual will work across multiple systems providing talent acquisition and remote onboarding support for our two entities.

This is a remote, per diem opportunity. It is anticipated this assignment will last eight to twelve weeks. The pay rate for this position will be $40.00-$45.00/hr, DOE.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Offer behind-the-scenes support to the Talent Acquisition team by sending interview invitations to potential candidates
• Contact onboarding new hires and rehires to ensure a timely and effective experience
• Assist with reviewing / auditing new hire files for completion and moving them to the "Active Employee" database
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Five (5) or more years of experience in Human Resources
• Must be able to communicate and understand English, verbally and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Health Care, or a related field
• Two (2) or more years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or similar sub-specialties of Human Resources
