Summary
This position coordinates the movement of customer's materials from suppliers through our Service Center Network.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or general education degree (GED, associate degree from a two-year college or university preferred not required; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers, clients, customers, and the public. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and write in English is required. Bilingual English/Spanish is desired in some centers.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Summary
This position coordinates the movement of customer's materials from suppliers through our Service Center Network.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinates, schedules, and dispatches of all service requirements from local pickups through deliveries.
- Must be direct liaison between dock operations and internal / external customer
- Responsible for tracking, data input, and reporting of information to external and internal customers
- Responsible for inter-company and intra-company communication.
- Works with planning group on coordinating facility out bound volume
- Provides customer service to internal and external customers
- Prepare all inbound and outbound documentation
- Additional clerical duties as assigned
- Validation and verification of materials on dock to include labeling, pulling packing slips, moving boxes, opening boxes
- Generate reports providing Dock Coordinator’s with the critical shipping information
- This job may require overseeing of loading activities (varies by center).
