Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise crews on commercial electrical projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical plans
- Oversee new construction projects from rough-in through final completion
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
- Maintain jobsite safety standards and ensure all work meets code requirements
- Keep projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Qualifications:
- Strong background in commercial electrical work
- Proven experience leading crews and running job sites
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and electrical plans
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
