Qualifications and Certifications
- Conduct field inspections to ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance.
- Monitor project progress and maintain inspection records and reports.
- Review RFIs, submittals, schedules, testing reports, and change orders.
- Track deficiencies and verify corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings and prepare documentation.
- Support cost, schedule, and progress evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Certifications
- 5 years of construction management, inspection, or superintendent experience.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Ability to travel and perform field inspections.
- Experience with infrastructure, industrial, electrical, or mechanical projects.
- Federal construction project experience.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
- Experience with Procore.
- ICC Certification preferred.
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
