RN Manager - Trauma ICU - Wichita, KS (Sign-On Bonus : $7,500)

Shift - Day-shift

Relocation : Case By Case Basis

We are seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead our Trauma ICU team in Wichita, KS. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to make a significant impact in a Level I Trauma Center with a Comprehensive Stroke Program and upcoming ECMO services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee patient care, staffing, and quality measures (VAP prevention, pressure injury prevention, fall risk interventions, etc.)
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic program development
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Requirements-

  • Current RN license in Kansas
  • BLS / ACLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
  • BSN required (or willingness to obtain)
  • 3 years of critical care nursing experience (ICU, PACU, OR, ED)
  • Leadership experience required (CNC or similar will be considered)
  • Strong critical care background with a focus on rounding, teaching, and program development
