Job Description

Protouch Staffing is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care in the Boston/Dorchester area. This position is under LT OIDs and requires experience with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase).

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans and company standards.
Document patient care accurately using HCHB software.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Requirements

Current RN license in Massachusetts.
Experience using HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) required.
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
