- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care and support to individuals with behavioral health and substance use needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nursing assessments, screenings, and evaluations.
- Administer, monitor, and document medications safely and accurately.
- Assist with client admissions, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
- Provide crisis intervention and client education.
- Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and other clinical staff.
- Monitor and maintain accurate medication records and supplies.
- Provide compassionate, client-centered nursing care.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license required.
- Minimum 1 year of substance use experience required.
- Knowledge of pharmacology and medications related to substance use, including opioids.
- Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a behavioral health/substance use setting.
Salary : $32 - $40
