Key Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.
- Diagnose and establish individualized patient treatment plans.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
- Communicate with collaborating physicians and specialists regarding patient care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Licensed RN/APRN required.
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
- LEAD mentality is a must.
- Experience in long-term care and home health preferred.
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
Salary : $32 - $37
