We're excited to welcome a Radiation Therapist to our growing team . This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered practice committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. As a full-time Radiation Therapist, you will play a vital role in administering radiation treatments, supporting patients throughout their care journey, and working closely with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity during all treatment sessions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals on individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on procedures, expectations, and ongoing care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient medical records
• Follow established safety protocols and quality standards at all times
  
  

Qualifications

• Delaware Radiation Therapy License (Required)
• ARRT (T) Certification
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Team-oriented mindset with a compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Prior experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

• Hourly Rate: $50.00-$55.00
• Schedule: Flexible
• Hours: Up to 40 per week
