Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide patient education and supportive counseling
- Collaborate with physicians and behavioral health staff
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Active New York State NP License & Active DEA registration
- Minimum 3 years of psychiatric or behavioral health experience required
- This position is structured as a partner role with K-1 compensation (not W-2 and not 1099 independent contractor).
- Compensation is based on approximately 30% of gross revenue generated by the physician,

Salary : $150,000 - $155,000
