Leadership Growth Potential
The selected candidate will have opportunities to step into upper-level management responsibilities, including:
- Managing: Staff, project scheduling, project production
- Assisting with: Design, presentations, marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the architectural team
- Develop program, design, and construction document phases
- Lead construction documentation, code analysis, consultant coordination, and quality control
- Review documents for permitting, bidding, and construction readiness
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience
- California architectural license required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Strong experience in commercial construction documents and detailing
- Up-to-date knowledge of California Building Codes
- Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling
- Growth-driven mindset with an appreciation for creative ideas and leadership
