- Experience and knowledge will be applied to the review of projects under development and the development of standardized details for office wide distribution.
- Project Management and staff education and mentoring are also other areas of primary focus.
- Requirements for this position include having a professional degree in architecture, professional registration, and 10 years of experience in the development of building details for construction and construction administration.
- The candidate must also demonstrate knowledge of emerging trends in construction technology and materials. AIA Position
- Professional degree in architecture, plus 10 years minimum of related experience.
- Can be relied upon to present directly to the client on technical and design solutions.
- Works closely with the Project Manager to execute project plans.
- Coordinates with the Project Manager to directly supervise the teams' design and technical delivery.
- Some experience with Healthcare Design is required.
- Experience with Science and Technology, Higher Ed, or Workplace Design is a plus.
- Professional degree in Architecture is required. (Bachelor or Masters of Architecture)
- Experience working with Healthcare clients in Columbus area is a plus.
