Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of new patients
- Educate patients on procedures, treatments, and aftercare
- Provide follow-up care and home care guidance
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions, rashes, and abnormalities
- Perform skin cancer screenings and abnormal mole evaluations
- Conduct physical exams and review medical histories
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory and pathology tests
- Prescribe and dispense appropriate medications
- Administer cosmetic dermatologic procedures and operate laser equipment
- Active Physician Assistant license (PA-C) in the State of New York
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical and cosmetic dermatology
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
