Location: Rapid City, SD (Relocation bonus available)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule: Flexible scheduling (4x9s or 4x10s available) - No weekends or on-call requirements

Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic (includes aquatic therapy)

Patient Population: Primarily adults (Medicare & orthopedic cases)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient orthopedic practice in Rapid City, SD. This role focuses on providing high-quality, evidence-based care to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function.

New graduates are welcome, and structured mentorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with PTAs and healthcare teams
  
  

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Active or eligible South Dakota PT license
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Team-oriented approach
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Manual therapy and rehabilitation skills
• CPR certification
