Position Overview

Schedule: Monday - Friday (day shifts)
- No regular on-call or weekend requirements
- 2nd shift: $3/hour
- 3rd shift: $6/hour
- Weekend: $4/hour
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to restore strength, function, and mobility
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary care conferences
- Travel within assigned territory to deliver in-home therapy services
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate
- Attend staff meetings and required in-service trainings
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed/Registered Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital or outpatient/clinic setting
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Clean background check

Salary : $40 - $50
