We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Bastrop, TX. This full-time opportunity offers a flexible weekday schedule with no weekend responsibilities.

- Interpret prescriptions and perform initial evaluations
- Establish treatment plans with functional and/or work-related goals
- Progress treatment plans appropriately based on patient needs
- Provide periodic and timely written communication to physicians
- Manage appropriate discharge planning and patient follow-up
- Supervise therapy technicians and PTAs (as per Texas state practice regulations)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation including initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, SOAP notes, and required insurance forms
- Attend staff in-services and continuing education courses; share knowledge gained with team
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics (Preferred)
