Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow Maintain full compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations Ensure adherence to USP standards, including USP , , and Supervise, train, and manage pharmacy staff, including performance oversight Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for safe medication handling and dispensing Manage inventory and ensure proper control of pharmaceutical supplies Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and inspections Support business growth initiatives, including expansion into new markets
Qualifications
Active Pharmacist license in Arizona (required) Multi-state licensure required; candidates must either hold licenses in multiple states or be willing and able to obtain additional licensure as needed Previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge or in a leadership role preferred Compounding experience strongly preferred In-depth knowledge of USP , , and standardsStrong understanding of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
