Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical perfusion support during cardiopulmonary bypass procedures
- Operate and manage heart-lung machines and related life-support equipment
- Monitor and adjust physiologic parameters during cardiac surgeries
- Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR teams
- Ensure patient safety and hemodynamic stability throughout procedures
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation (Cerner EMR)
- Participate in on-call rotation (approx. every 5th weekend holidays as needed)
- Minimum 4 years of perfusionist experience preferred
- State licensure required
- BLS certification required
- Open to first-time travelers
- Ability to work 5x8 day shifts (06:30 AM - 03:00 PM)
- Willingness to participate in on-call schedule
- Flexibility for occasional weekend/holiday coverage
- RTO ideally 5 days or less per assignment
- Work at a Level I Trauma Center & Magnet-recognized hospital
- High weekly pay: ~$6,206/week total package
