Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for pediatric patients from birth through 21 years of age. The physician will provide preventive, acute, and chronic care while promoting wellness, health education, and continuity of care. New graduates are welcome to apply, with prior experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
Perform physical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
Prescribe medications and administer vaccinations.
Provide preventive care and health education.
Monitor child development and provide age-appropriate care.
Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
Maintain timely and accurate patient documentation.
Collaborate with nurses, NPs, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in clinical quality initiatives and organizational meetings.
Participate in rotational phone-only on-call coverage approximately every 5-6 weeks.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain.
DEA registration or ability to obtain.
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
New graduates are welcome; prior experience preferred.
