Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support children in developing communication skills that enhance learning, relationships, and independence. This role focuses on providing high-quality, individualized therapy to pediatric patients with speech, language, and feeding challenges.
The SLP will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside Occupational and Physical Therapy teams to deliver comprehensive, family-centered care. This position is ideal for a clinician with strong pediatric experience who is also comfortable supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
Key Responsibilities
Location: Arcadia, CA
Employment Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Up to 14 pediatric patients per day
- Ages 0-10
- In-clinic setting (option for home-based services upon request)
- No on-call requirements
- No nights or weekends

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients with speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Provide therapy for articulation, expressive/receptive language, social communication, and feeding concerns
- Modify treatment approaches based on patient progress and caregiver feedback
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily notes, progress reports, and reassessments
- Educate families on home strategies to support therapy goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs in compliance with California guidelines
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology License
- Must have held California licensure for at least 2 years
- Eligible and qualified to supervise SLPAs
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior pediatric experience outside of fieldwork required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in clinic and/or home-based settings
- Experience with feeding therapy
