Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate has a strong background in family law, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping attorneys prepare successful cases from intake through trial.

• Draft and prepare family law pleadings, discovery, financial disclosures, and settlement documents.

• Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings.

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

• Prepare attorneys for hearings, mediations, and trial.

• Organize exhibits, evidence, and trial materials.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with court procedures.

• 3 years of family law paralegal experience.

• Strong knowledge of California family law procedures and court filings.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative legal team.
