We are actively seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Joint Surgeon specializing in total joint replacement to join our high-performing, patient-centered team. This position offers the opportunity to build a thriving practice, participate in the launch of our brand-new ASC.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform primary and revision joint replacement surgeries (hip, knee, and related procedures)
- Maintain a schedule of 3 clinic days and 2 surgical days weekly
- Diagnose and treat joint-related injuries and musculoskeletal disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients regarding procedures, rehabilitation, and post-operative care
- Contribute to clinical program development and community orthopedic education initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surgical advancements and innovations
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship-trained in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Replacement
- Eligible for Iowa state medical licensure
- Strong communication, leadership, and patient care skills
- New graduates completing fellowship in 2025 are encouraged to apply
