Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and diagnostic evaluations for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and coordinate specialty referrals when needed
- Participate in improving innovative clinical workflows and care models
- Support corporate health initiatives and wellness programs
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Active Minnesota NP or PA License
- Board Certified
- Current CPR Certification
- New Graduates Encouraged to Apply
- 3-5 years of Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care experience
- Athena EMR experience preferred
