This role is ideal for a confident, energetic, and autonomous NP with prior experience in pain management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a physician-led pain management specialty practice
- Conduct patient evaluations, follow-ups, and treatment planning
- Manage an average of 5-15 patients per day (30 minutes for follow-ups, 1 hour for new patients)
- Document patient encounters using eClinicalWorks (1.5 hours of paid charting time daily)
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality pain management care
- Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license
- Active DEA license with prescriptive authority in MA
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical patient care experience (not limited to physical exams for insurance purposes)
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with patients and staff
- Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-6:30pm
- No evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements
- Outpatient specialty practice serving primarily adult patients (average age 55 )
