Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Possible night/weekend emergency on-call

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to oversee the management, operations, staff, and programs within the assigned region. This role oversees program compliance, financial management, staff supervision, and community relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regional programs and daily operations.
• Supervise and support direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor records, budgets, and financial performance.
• Oversee client services and treatment delivery.
• Develop and implement regional goals and objectives.
• Maintain relationships with state agencies, clients, families, and community partners.
• Oversee property, safety, and facility requirements.
• Support fundraising and community resource development.
• Report regional issues and updates to the CEO.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 5 years of human services management/supervision experience; or
• Master's degree 3 years of human services management/supervision experience.
• Experience in social services or nonprofit organizations preferred.
• Staff supervision and program management experience.
• Budgeting and financial management experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current registration, and liability insurance required.
